Sizing And Fit

What size should I get?

Our football shirts follow standard sizing guidelines. We recommend referring to our size chart available on each product page for accurate measurements. Our shirts typically fit true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, consider ordering one size up. Most of our customers find their usual size works perfectly.

If you're between sizes, we suggest going with the larger size for a more comfortable fit. For specific measurements including chest width, length, and sleeve length, please check the detailed size chart on the product page or contact us at commafootballshirts@gmail.com for personalized assistance.

Shipping

How long will it take to ship out my order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed and ready to ship, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the method you select at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (Free on orders $100 or more)

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Priority Overnight: 1-2 business days

Please note that these timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. International shipping options and rates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

For international orders, please note that delivery times typically range from 10-21 business days, and customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns / Exchanges

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your football shirt must be unworn, unused, in its original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging when possible.

To initiate a return, contact us at commafootballshirts@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and we'll provide you with return instructions.

For orders under $100, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

What if I got the wrong size?

If you ordered the wrong size, no problem! Simply follow our standard return process. Contact us at commafootballshirts@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Make sure the shirt is unworn with all original tags attached.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. You can then place a new order for the correct size. We recommend checking our size chart carefully before reordering to ensure the perfect fit.

If you received an incorrect size due to our error, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering all return shipping expenses.

Updating Your Order

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Order changes or cancellations can only be made before your order has been processed and shipped. Since we process orders within 1-3 business days, please contact us at commafootballshirts@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot recall or redirect the package. In this case, you'll need to wait to receive the order and then follow our return process if needed.

To increase the chances of successfully modifying your order, reach out to us immediately after placing it. Include your order number and the specific changes you'd like to make, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
